Eleve takes your privacy seriously. Eleve has developed a web platform/product (the "Platform") that offers its clients (Brands) technology & strategy solutions to solve their influence marketing & advertising needs. This Privacy Policy describes how and when information is collected, used, and shared by Eleve when a user uses the Eleve platform (which includes the Eleve’s websites, mobile/tablet applications and/or related online services, which we shall call the "Services").

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. It is the responsibility of all users of the Services to visit this page to check for updates. By visiting, accessing and/or using any of the Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of uses. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Eleve reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the personal data of our Users, Members, Contacts, and anyone who visits or uses our services. Eleve has three core privacy principles: accountability through awareness, empowering individuals, and protecting and safeguarding information. We embrace privacy by design, which means our teams actively design and build features with privacy considered alongside innovation and functionality.
We collect your information only when you become a "registered User" on our platform & services. We only retain Personal data for so long as we actually need it in order to provide the Services. If you are a registered User, this usually means we will only retain your Personal Information for so long as you have an account, or for a limited period thereafter. This is all subject to our right to retain your Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and attend to trailing reporting requirements. We will endeavour to destroy or de-identify your Personal Information as early as reasonably possible if requested by you, or in the event that we no longer need it in order to provide the Services.

INFORMATION WE DON’T COLLECT AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION

As a general rule, we will not collect and store Personal Information that is not necessary for us to carry out our Services or operate our business.

We do not collect any sensitive information, such as your health data, political or religious views, sexual orientation or the like (Sensitive Information), unless we have your explicit and express consent. When and if we collect Sensitive Information, we delete it when we have used it for the specific purpose of which it was provided by you. PRIVACY AND CHILDREN

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children, unless there is parental consent. If you are under the age of 18, we ask that you do not use our Services. We will delete any Personal Information relating to children should we become aware of it. USERS OF THE PLATFORM

Influencers –

  • Internet users who have presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Blogs, Tumblr (and more), are considerably active and have a sufficient count of audience/followers on each/any platform.
  • The above users can be of any region/country.
  • The above users want to be associated with Eleve to participate in brand campaigns across any of the mentioned social platforms, for a fee.

Advertisers –

  • Marketers/Advertisers who are associated with a consumer brand or a media agency, seeking Eleve’s tech & strategy help for their influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Above marketers seeking analytics & social media reports of the campaign conducted
  • Above marketers can be of any region/country.

Eleve Employees –

  • Eleve’s strategists who aim to discover, contact and manage influencers for Marketers, basis influencer’s social media account performance and insights on the platform.
  • Eleve’s operations team that aims to manage influencer, execute & manage social campaigns, track progress and view campaign insights and communicate with Marketers via platform
  • Eleve’s finance team to view campaign payment reports & make payments via payment gateways

The Influencer information may include:

  • User name
  • Location
  • Joining date
  • Profile Picture (we do not store this)
  • Followers
  • Followers count
  • All available posts and videos
  • Profile URLs
  • Category
  • Genre
  • Email address

The Advertiser information may include:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Organisation
  • Designation
  • Email
  • Mobile
  • Location
  • Account manager name

LOG AND COOKIES DATA

The Platform uses technologies such as cookies in order to properly function and for analytical purposes.
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or use online services. Cookies are widely used by website owners in order to make their websites and services work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.

We automatically collect certain information through the Services, such as:

  • Date and time of the users visit,
  • Information about user's activities (such as the links clicked and pages viewed) within the Services,
  • And other standard server-log information ("Log and Cookie Data").
  • We do not store the user's Internet protocol (IP) address and other browser or device identifiers, browser type, operating system, crash data, Internet service provider, or browsing activity.
  • We compute device type, but do not store it.

THIRD PARTY DATA

  • We may receive information from the information a user provides to third party Social Media Accounts through the Services. The privacy will apply only on the services.
  • Information that a user provides to third party websites or Social Media Accounts through the services are not within the control of Eleve and such information is provided at the risk of the user. If you provide information in third party places, you are providing information to a third-party, and not us. In doing that, we are not responsible for the practices of those third parties – you should decide before linking such information and familiarise yourself with the policies of any such third parties when providing them with your Personal Information.
  • The terms and conditions of use and the privacy policies of those websites or Social Media accounts that the user provides information to through the Services will govern their use of such information ("Third Party Data").

USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information to provide the services to you, any improvisation so that you can tell us about the services that you like to have on our platform.

Eleve will use information we collect to:

  • Create User's Account and facilitate signing in;
  • Providing support services such as trouble in signing in;
  • Sending Service related information, technical notices, updates, announcements;
  • Operate, maintain and improve the Services;
  • Respond to user's queries or requests about our services;
  • Facilitate subscription processing, reviews and analysis;
  • Provide, develop, and improve the Services as per the needs of the Users and/or on advertiser’s behalf and in accordance with any other instructions from the advertiser (subject to agreement with the brand).
  • To send advertisers and influencers communications including technical alerts, reports, updates, notification & other service-related communication.
  • To and make available other offers, products or services;
  • Track use of the Services;
  • Analyzing user behavior.
  • Prevent or block any harmful, derogatory, undesirable content published or shared or to be published or shared by any user.
  • To enforce our agreement with the user's employer (the organization) as per required by the applicable law.
    As part of our services, we may track, analyze and store users' social media accounts solely for the purpose of providing a detailed and analytical report on activities carried out through Eleve. We do not store or cache social media login credentials of users. We don’t transfer any data that we receive from users' social media accounts (including anonymous, aggregate, or derived data) to any ad network, data broker, influencer network, or other advertising or monetization-related service.

We may use information which is automatically collected, de-identified and/or aggregated for various purposes. We may use that information to comply with reporting obligations, for marketing purposes or to analyse usage of our Services

SAFETY AND SECURITY

You should protect your user ID and password and should not share it with anyone. If you believe that your login details have been compromised or are being used by any unauthorised user, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

We are committed to data security and follow the generally accepted industry standards to protect your Personal data whenever and wherever we receive it and when we use or transmit it. Our safeguards may include a mixture of physical protection where appropriate, as well as firewalls, password protection, two-factor authentication and other technologies when data is transmitted over the internet. We also regularly monitor and review our security and related procedures in order to best secure your Personal data and privacy.

Ultimately, any internet-transmitted data is subject to a risk of data breach and we cannot and do not guarantee that any Personal Information you provide to us is 100% secure or free from access, alteration or destruction. If you do provide us with your Personal Information, you do so at your own risk. If you feel this risk is unacceptable, please do not provide us with your Personal Information and discontinue your use of the Services. If our data security is breached, we will inform all relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

MODIFICATION OR DELETION OF INFORMATION

The users are allowed to modify information given on the services by sending us an email at [email protected] in case editing option is not available in your account. The user may also place a request to delete any non-compulsory information by sending us an email at [email protected] You have the right to request for access to your information, delete or alter.

Accessing & Correcting your personal data: You and your Organization (e.g. your employer) may access, or correct, information you have uploaded to the Platform by using the tools within the Platform. If you do not see the tools within the Platform, you should contact your Organization directly. That notwithstanding, we may require you to comply with certain procedures before we allow access to or amendment of your Personal Information to ensure the integrity and security of information that we hold. Depending on the nature of your request, this may include verifying your identity to our satisfaction to ensure the integrity of your Personal Information. Changes on the Platform take immediate effect on your specific network, but data will be retained by us in our backup systems for a reasonable amount of time for the purposes of archiving, fraud prevention, abuse or satisfaction of obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe we have a reason to do so.

Account Closure and right to erasure: If you would like to stop using the Platform, you should contact your Organization (e.g. your employer). Similarly, if you stop working for or with the Organization, the Organization may suspend your User account and/or delete any information associated with your User account according to its privacy policy.

THIRD PARTY LINKS

Our Services do not contain links to contents or advertisements maintained by third parties. We do not run advertisements of any kind on/within our platform in any manner.

DATA LOCATION

We may in the course of providing Services to you transfer, store or process the information in different locations, including locations outside the territory of India. By using our services, you consent to transfer your information to such different or foreign locations as desired by us.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR DELETION

Eleve may suspend or delete a users account upon request received by brand and influencer and such suspension or deletion may continue for such period as have been requested. Eleve may also suspend or delete an account if it poses threat to national security, communal harmony or other social balance or for sharing of contents that are considered to be inappropriate. Upon termination of our contractual relationship with the brand, we will delete all personal data stored in our servers and backups within 90 days.
